Private Events

We have experience at hosting an array of different events; from birthday celebrations to wakes, to private dinners to book launches.

Harlestone Park offers room hire for your event inclusive of set up, chairs, table and linen. Larger events would be hosted in the Lakeview Suite and smaller more intimate functions in our Spencer Room. Our room hire fee depends on where and how long your event is for, when you enquire we will be able to quote you based on your requirements. We have a dedicated team that can help you turn your event ideas into a reality. We offer a selection of food and drink to suit your requirements.

Weddings

We have an experienced and professional team who will assist you with all of your wedding
details, from your initial enquiry through to your special day. Our grounds feature a
beautiful lake and a charming stone bridge, the perfect backdrop to your wedding photos.
Access to a picturesque balcony from the Lakeside Suite and Spencer Room gives guests
plenty of space to mingle during the wedding celebrations.
We offer a wide range of food and drinks options to suit your taste and are happy to talk to
you about bespoke ideas. We can cater for up to 90 daytime guests for a traditional seated
wedding breakfast and up to 160 for an evening wedding reception

Business

In addition to weddings and celebratory functions, Harlestone Park is a great facility for business.

We can provide modest conferencing facilities with training areas and syndicate/breakout rooms with all necessary materials e.g. white boards; presentation equipment; stationery etc. We can supply tea, coffee and refreshments throughout the day.
